Artist open house, West Hove trail - May 2011

I'm going to be taking part in the West Hove artist open house event, beginning May 7th 2011, so have been hard at it producing lots of new drawings to show.

I'll be exhibiting original artwork alongside other T.N Lawrence employees in the shop next to Lawrence's (208 Portland Road, Hove).

Hong Kong Cycle logo

It started with my friends Michael and Jon asking me to do a poster for them to promote their unbelievable 10,000 mile charity bike ride from Newberry (West Berkshire) to Hong Kong. Now my drawings have basically become their branding for the trip, appearing as logos on their cycle shirts, banners, fliers for fund-raising curry nights, even water bottles to help raise money for the trip (and thus WaterAid).

I had no idea my drawings would spread this far when Jon first asked me if I'd like to design the poster - it's been a total pleasure to be involved with this project.
